Painting - Self Portrait

 Setup - I had my Portrait taken with a light on one side of the room to create a shadow effect for. I then created my photograph into Black & White to enhance the shadows and effects for my self portrait.  This is the initial set up for my painting.

Main Features - By using grey and white shades this shows where light was hits the areas of the face also I like the effect of how I painted my teeth again with the light it makes them stand out more. Plus the lighter side of my face shows all detail of what I was wearing and what my expression was on the day.

My Final Outcome
